    to restore energy and boost focus throughout the workday. Attendees will learn quick and easy recovery tools including movement resets, stress-reducing breathwork, and effective sleep routines to break the fatigue cycle and improve performance. 


  • Employees will learn why the lower back absorbs so much strain from sitting- and how to strengthen it with mobility exercises, core activation, and better lifting mechanics. Learn essential tools needed to reduce stiffness, prevent flare-ups, and stay productive and comfortable all day.

  • The Somatic Movement Journey is a guided experiential practice, designed to help participants slow down, reconnect to their bodies, and restore balance to the nervous system. Through gentle mindful movement and awareness based facilitation, this session supports regulation, grounding and the return to presence–  helping individuals move from stress and tension into greater ease, clarity, and embodied calm.

  • In this 30-minute session, employees learn how to interrupt stress in real time using simple, science-backed micro-resets that take 30 seconds or less. Participants practice a grounding breath for instant calm, a quick tension-release technique, and a sensory-based clarity tool they can use between meetings or before challenging conversations. They leave with practical resets they can use anytime stress spikes.


  • ‍ ‍Stress shows up in the body before we’re even aware of it.  In this gentle, supportive    session, participants are introduced to EFT Tapping as a quick and accessible way to reduce stress and emotional load. Be Participants will be guided through a tapping experience and leave with a simple technique they can return to during moments of pressure or overwhelm.   • Step away from the noise and into calm. These 30 or 60 minute guided experiences offer employees a peaceful pause to relax, reset, and restore balance. Led by a Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, each session blends gentle mindfulness practices with themed meditations—such as stress release, compassion, focus, or gratitude—to calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, and build lasting resilience. Together, we create space for greater presence, clarity, and emotional well-being at work.

Sound Bath Immersion

A deeply restorative sound experience that invites calm and ease with soothing waves of sound designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and support whole-body renewal.

  • A Sound Bath for the workplace offers a deeply relaxing, meditative experience that helps employees unwind and recharge. This 60 minute sound journey creates a peaceful environment, inviting pause for relaxation and restoration to balance the body and mind. Led by a Certified Sound Healer, we use sound bowls, and various other instruments, all infused with intentionality for a transformative experience that helps employees realign, clear mental blocks, and foster a sense of well-being for improved productivity and clarity in the workplace.

  • Provide your team with a moment of calm and renewal. Our highly trained and certified massage therapists specialize in a range of therapeutic modalities to deliver an effective, relaxing, and deeply stress-reducing experience right in the workplace.

    While seated comfortably in a specially designed massage chair, employees enjoy targeted relief for the back, neck, shoulders, and hands—promoting full-body relaxation in just minutes. Sessions typically range from 10 to 20 minutes and can be customized to suit your organization’s schedule and goals.
